Classic Learn – Terms & Conditions

1. Interpretation and Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• Company refers to Classic Learn, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and authorized representatives.
• Services include all educational offerings, certifications, career guidance, support, and digital content provided by Classic Learn.
• Website refers to www.classiclearn.com and any subdomains or affiliated web portals.
• Third-party Social Media includes platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others used for communication, marketing, and engagement.
• Device refers to any hardware or software used to access Classic Learn’s services, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, and smart TVs.
• Student refers to any individual enrolled in a Classic Learn course, whether residing in India or abroad.

2. Acknowledgment

By using Classic Learn’s services, you confirm that:

• You are legally eligible to enter into this agreement under the laws of your country.
• You have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.
• You will not misuse the platform, its resources, or its community for any unlawful, unethical, or disruptive activity.

3. Accuracy of Student Information

• Students must provide truthful, complete, and verifiable personal, academic, and contact details during registration and throughout their engagement with Classic Learn.
• Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information will result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.
• Classic Learn reserves the right to verify submitted documents and reject enrollment based on discrepancies or suspected fraud.

4. Code of Conduct – Students & Teachers

• All users must maintain respectful, professional behavior across all interactions—whether in live classes, chat forums, emails, or social media.
• Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct—including trolling, spamming, or intimidation—will not be tolerated.
• Classic Learn reserves the right to remove any student or instructor for misconduct, with or without prior notice.

5. Sexual Content & Abusive Language

• Sharing, discussing, or promoting sexual, explicit, or abusive content is strictly forbidden.
• This includes verbal abuse, sexually suggestive remarks, offensive jokes, and inappropriate gestures or images.
• Violators will be permanently removed and may be reported to legal authorities in India or their home country.

6. Harassment, Bullying & Pressure

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or coercion of any kind—toward staff, instructors, or fellow students—is grounds for immediate expulsion.
• Classic Learn maintains a zero-tolerance policy and will take legal action if necessary to protect its community.

7. Study Material Usage & Intellectual Property

• All course content, materials, recordings, assessments, and resources are the intellectual property of Classic Learn.
• Unauthorized sharing, duplication, resale, or public distribution is strictly prohibited and legally actionable.
• Students may use materials only for personal educational purposes. Commercial use is not permitted.

8. Placement Disclaimer

• Classic Learn is an educational platform and does not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes.
• Any placement support, resume guidance, or interview preparation is offered as a value-added service and is not a contractual obligation.
• Students are responsible for their own job search, applications, and interview performance.

9. ISO & IAF Licensing

• Classic Learn is actively pursuing ISO and IAF-recognized certifications to enhance educational credibility and global recognition.
• These certifications validate quality standards but do not imply government affiliation, regulatory endorsement, or employment guarantees.

10. Global Student Support

• Classic Learn supports learners worldwide through flexible schedules, multilingual assistance, and digital access.
• Support services may include live chat, email, recorded sessions, and region-specific guidance.
• Availability of services may vary based on location, course type, and time zone.

11. International Student Policy

• International students must comply with their local laws and Classic Learn’s policies.
• All certifications and support are provided digitally unless otherwise stated.
• Classic Learn is not responsible for visa, immigration, or legal documentation related to international education.

12. Student Certification

• Certificates are issued only upon full course completion, satisfactory performance, and compliance with all course requirements.
• Classic Learn reserves the right to withhold certification for misconduct, plagiarism, incomplete participation, or unpaid fees.
• Digital certificates are issued via email or downloadable portal access. Physical certificates may be offered at additional cost.

13. Fake Work & Misrepresentation

• Submission of fake assignments, impersonation, plagiarism, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
• Violators will be permanently banned, certifications revoked, and may face legal consequences.
• Classic Learn reserves the right to audit student submissions and conduct plagiarism checks.

14. Termination of Access

Classic Learn reserves the right to terminate access to services for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Misconduct or illegal activity
• Fraudulent behavior or non-payment
• Violation of community standards or intellectual property rights

Termination may occur without prior notice and without refund.

15. Limitation of Liability

Classic Learn shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or reputation
• Issues arising from third-party platforms, service interruptions, or technical failures
• Student performance, job outcomes, or certification acceptance by external entities

16. “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

All services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Classic Learn makes no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
• Uninterrupted access or error-free functionality
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Delhi, India.

For European Union (EU) Users:

You are entitled to protections under applicable EU consumer laws.

For United States Users:

You agree to comply with U.S. export control laws and federal regulations.

For Other International Users:

You agree to comply with the laws of your country and acknowledge that Classic Learn operates under Indian jurisdiction.

18. Severability & Waiver

• If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
• Failure to enforce any provision does not waive Classic Learn’s rights or future enforcement.

19. Translation Interpretation

• These Terms may be translated into other languages for convenience.
• In case of conflict between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
